Was it the laconic reply where the Athenians (or another city-state, depending on the version of the story) threatened the Spartans, and the Spartans simply replied with "If," implying that the threat would only be relevant if the Athenians could actually manage to invade successfully?
I too want to know what it was. It makes me wonder considering it's under /s/Ancap, which should be considered the least threatening ideology. We want to seize power and leave you alone. But those in power will always see themselves being replaced by no one as a threat.
