What would you do if you had a month to prepare? Not only will you not have internet, no one will.

Download as much apps and roms that I can that don't need Internet like LibreOffice and MAME to my 12T USB drive. Install Debian on my PCs and do updates before the Internet is shut off.

No internet, when you say no networking does that include mesh / sneakernets?
