I can't seem to find a link to them. Also, anyway to see a list of posts that I have made myself, maybe like a profile page or something of the like?

The only way to get to profile I know is clicking on your own username in one of your posts/comments, or from left column (with usernames) in chat:

If you click a new "save" it will change to "favourites" that you can click on.
If you click "save" and it does nothing, it's already saved, but there's no link.
It would be nice to be able to remove some from the list too.
