Fires HR cuz will use AI for that.

It is possible that AI based HR won't actively be trying to sabotage his company from within. The problem with HR is it's always trying to be active. They can be busy bodies. With AI HR, unless you have an actual HR problem to solve, why would you have it keep spinning tokens? So the thing can turn off unless an actual problem exists.

Getting cat ladies that are trying to frame their spite toward all the men in the engineering department that make more money than them as useful HR activity to turn off is harder. Being able to spin up and spin down HR has got to be attractive.

Does it seem obvious that HR should be paired with other work so they can wear more than one hat?

In contrast, it seems to me that police wear too many hats and their tasks should be segregated to specialists (parking, traffic, emergencies, crime investigation, crowd control, etc.).

The system is not broken - it serves the ruling class.

Hr exists cuz of lawsuits from decades past, Human Resources, dystopic name. Mort-gages? Dead peasant insurance. Hr destroys a company from within? Not from shareholders perspective. They need it to legally lay people off. Can AI do it? Sure.

You can get an AI to address the problems directly and logically rather than taking sides.

No you can't

Hell yeah

Indeed - if workers' rights are not being addressed, they're not a problem, I suppose. It's like a wet dream of readers of the right-wing entrepreneur.com.

I think we'll see a lot more of this.
