There is a lot of overlap in the populations. But there were more non-Jewish Poles than there were Jewish non-Poles. So Polish was the single largest unifying indentity. But if someone wants to say it was specifically just Polish Jews, Polish Jews were still a minority after you add up all the other groups. Not even accounting for one quarter. Even when you add up all the different kinds of Jews they were still a minority.
It was multi-cultural, so everyone was a minority. But if there was any group closest to not being a minority, it was the Poles.
