I guess I'm a little lost what the disadvantages are of having your capital name used somewhere. Don't corporations have more protections against liability. You would think that operating as a corporation of one, yourself, with no extra steps would be an advantage. Like he was saying, all the corporations are given the advantage in this modern world. Wouldn't you want to be a corporation then?
There is you, and then there is the "paper you", starting with your birth certificate in all caps - your slave name, and you are managed by the state. But there is a way to reclaim it and be in charge of it. It's like legalese but different. Many of our local folks are getting into it. I want to too, sooner than later. Whether it ultimately provides good results or not will be determined. Regardless, it's deep diving into the rigged systems and corrupt Maritime Law. Like all law, Maritime, Common, Postal, etc. it's a game of sorts, and knowing is half the battle.
