I saw this a few years ago. This isn't actually true. If a company can send you and invoice and you owe it unless disputed it is not because of common law, but because of contract terms you signed to allow them to do that. But that contract didn't authorize you to do that.
Common Law is essentially all about contracts and voluntaryism.
TL;DR: In this recent video he states how the recipient agrees to pay the the city council (corporation) bill if they send an invoice for goods and/or services signed by the accountable authority, and the clerk refuses to provide the requested document three times, then they drop the matter.
It's not "disputed" if they agree provided the proper documentation is presented. It's nullified if they don't have the paperwork with your signature and a person responsible on their end.
Further, most people don't sign social contracts, contracts to be taxed, etc.
There's a reason the vaccines were mandates not laws. It's all slippery wordage.
