We don't require Hegal's idealism, or structure, or a new interpretation of the general idea of Marx's dialectical method[s] to appreciate the role of dialectical materialism in Marx's Das Kapital. Perhaps I'm not appropriately appreciating the speaker's points, as he's not the best at organizing his arguments into a convincing, coherent analysis.
