It occured to me once how much technology is in "non-smart" devices. Even a truck. The whole thing is technology. That's when I realized "smart" is just a label they throw on things they know is shit. If it's good and works reliably, they just call it the thing it is.

"Smart" is so when you have to fiddle with it, you can tell people, "one sec, this thing is smart," instead of "one sec, this thing is shit."
