I helped build 3 houses in Boca Raton in 1989, including the trusses, but I don't recall doing the roof beyond plywood. It poured rain every afternoon like clockwork. I don't know what their process is, much less how they dealt with clay tiles.
I just want to see the state of it in the end. Is that going to wreck the whole house or do you think they'll be able to salvage?
