Probably because you repost stuff like this. Those people's only cognition is scoring positive and negative dog whistles. You'd be reported as soon as they read the word German. Not that they see the word German as offensive, but because they know that word means they might have to do some delicate processing to make the rest of what they are going to read fit with their contorted world view. And they would rather report someone than even anticipate having to think.
