Capital needs to invest continuously into more-productive processes, and labor needs to invest in personal skills that will be needed in the future.
Quit bailing out bad business models, banks I'm looking at you, and workers must improve their skills or starve.
I find that only few people are willing to improve themselves unless the market warrants it or if by some chance they have some pride. Humans just want to do the bare minimum to get by so long as that holds. I totally disagree with this and don't value these people at all.
