If smoking tobacco, roll up the plant only and smoke. If vaping make your own e liquid.
Humanity smoked for millennia and were fine it only started causing cancer when they added chemicals. Same with alcohol.

Tobacco and alcohol both cause cancer on their own, the research is clear. I do agree that the added chemicals make it worse.
