Three tweak requests:
More of a fix, after you "save" a post, the "save" turns to a "favourites" link where you can see your list of favourites. If you have already saved that post, IMO it should default to "favourites" with the link - rather than say "save" that doesn't link or save or do anything.
Auto-link things with /$/ prefixes like /s/Goats and /u/x0x7 and /p/WEFreedom.
If you accidentally click "delete" on your own post, a popup says "Post deleted. [Okay]". You can escape it, even edit it (to copypasta), but the post has already been deleted. It would be better for it to delete the post after verification, "Delete post? [Okay] [Cancel]".
Distinguish front page elements better with colour, specifically "comments" for better scanning and engagement. For example: "7 comments 1 new (2 hours ago)" seems to be all one link. IMO, better could be "7" unlinked and coloured green, "comments" linked as usual in default blue , "1 new" unlinked in green, and "(2 hours ago)" unlinked. With a more dynamic pallet folks can find the action to interact with.
On SaidIt one of the CSS I made was colourfully dynamic and very easy to read and navigate for folks with eye issues. A couple folks thought the colours were too much for them and I always intended to make another CSS version the same but with much more muted colours. Here we have a masturcoder so maybe one day it might be neat to have an adjustment icon with a drop down menu with sliders to custom adjust the day/night mode, basic/advanced/expert features (a whole other discussion), font, size, and feature-distinguishing colour-intensity on a CSS theme. This would be good for folks on large monitors and small phones. Also, on most if not all my CSS themes I had alternated a slight darkness difference between even and odd posts on a feed. All the little things add up to a better user experience, whether folks see it or not.
Thanks for everything thus far!
Shouldn't this be in an /s/tweaker sub? Or /s/twinkrequests?
