I'm hoping to make a custom CSS system where not only will you be able to make your own CSS, but you will also be able to import from others. One positive/negative detail is that all custom CSS will be public to make it more importable. Then the most popular ones will become the default themes, so not every user has to interact with this system, but will get the benefits.

That's a cool idea. Sort of like Poal's deal with custom global stylesheets except more prominent.
