It doesn't matter what I get. If it was a small cold for someone else, I usually do a good job of not getting it. But if I do, my immune system straight up tries to murder me for part of it. It doesn't have chill.

Often that is a sign of a healthy immune system. During the Spanish flu, a lot of young people died vs old people because their immune systems reacted so violently to it.

One thing is confirmed. I don't have AIDS.

Maybe you eat foods that boost your immune system?

I do. And maybe I shouldn't. I've already got enough immune system.

In other words, you don't eat fake food like processed food that cause immune disorders?

You get really bad symptoms and that makes you think your immune system is strong?

Have you tried drinking alcohol and smoking daily to help weaken it?
