Isn't brave just a brownie point browser at this point?
It's a Chromium based browser (therefore it has good tab sandboxing) which supports Manifest v2 and therefore real uBlock. For a stripped down version check out Brave Origin. (Yes, it's a paid browser, deal with it. Devs deserve to be paid.)
