Now they reflect what's actually popular on the site.

I basically took a mix of what showed up in top subs and what I saw when I sorted by score=5 age=0.1.

That sort basically tells me what the demand is and the top subs list tells me about the supply.

Also I got /domain links working. Turns out that wasn't implemented yet, but now it is.
