I'm in the mood for some scary movie nights. One should be the minimum, so let's start with that. We need to plan the time and movie(s). I think we want a few options between both new movies and classics. I want to open the floor for that to avoid my own blind spots. But we can start votes on start time now.
We'll probably do 2 movies per session. As usuall we'll be doing it in full chat.

I think you need to commit to movie night more without the expectation of immediate popularity.
Some nights will be good, some will be lame.
But I think consistency is the only thing that will make it catch on.
Regardless, looking forward to some of the Halloween movies.

IMO with these imbalanced polls it's important that it should be clearly stated that upvotes are +1 and downvotes are -2.
Entirely new vote scheme idea:
Each item has the score plus 5 options: strong up +2, up +1, null 0, down -1, strong down -2. In addition to the total score, each option has a blank or the number of hits so we can see how people feel, including the null/meh/ambivalent votes. Often I'd like to vote that I just don't mind. New double-arrow up/down icons could be made, plus up/down and null over which the vote numbers could go - greyed until coloured with a vote.

With long lists a sort option would be good: alphabetical, up, down, ranked.
I see it's a double feature starting at 7pm, which is better and make sense. (I voted for 8pm or 9pm but would change it to 7pm now that it's double.)
