I had one of these songs stuck in my head and I realized that up to a certain point you have nearly the same notes on the same rhythm for a few different parts of the song.
Gojira - Stranded
Soilwork - Stålfågel
Of the two I'd consider Soilwork's to be more generic.
I don't hear it, aside from them both following pretty typical metal tropes.
