I am also trying to encourage people to come early and hang out sharing clips. If I do these consistently people will figure out that's fun and they will end up doing it, I think. Hopefully then there will be something earlier for you.

Saturday nights. 9:30pm Eastern, unless someone else is up for helping to start it earlier. I have a list of movies. I usually pick seven of them at random and then put it in some polls and let people vote. I'll basically take any movie someone suggests to me and put in my list. It's like 44 movies right now. Actually fewer because that's before counting the ones we've already watched.
