We had fun with the last movie night.
I have a list of a hundreds of movies people request I add to the list over time. So I always need some method to whittle down the list for that specific week. Random isn't as good as asking people. So I'm taking a list of 14 random from the bigger list and see what people have an interest in.

Did you get my message about creating a generic user id for the movie night? I'm out of pocket, so I won't be able to catch the beginning of the TV Night, but I'll be there late. I have a family commitment that unexpectedly popped up. Also I sent you ideas for badges...

Yep. I got the badges list. I've added them to my queue of badges to make. I'm still trying to make you a custom one but I'm more focused on getting things set up for tonight.
I'm still mulling over if the shared admin account idea. I've set up the permissions on that channel so that you don't really need an admin to run it. It's very open permissioned. If everyone I need to ever actually be an admin or mod sets up an account it makes it easier to manage permissions vs a shared credential I might have to revoke for one person but not want to affect others. Not that that would be common but in general people making their own accounts is a more typical way to do things.
