Movie time is Saturday(s)
We are meeting at cytube: https://cytu.be/r/matrixhub

It is recommended if you can to come early to hang out and get settled in. That way we can have a crowd gathered for when the movie starts.

This also helps me share the movie night around the net and not link people to an empty room. If we can get some of the crowd to gather before then we'll have a bigger crowd all together.

I'm so glad I finally got to see Network. And 8 1/2 was a beautiful film.
I'm pretty happy with this new theme, so far

I like the recommendations too.

And even if I've seen them before, once or dozens of times, I can appreciate exceptionally original repeats more than banal pop, action, or trendy flicks.

I also think "Mind Fuck movies" and "Intellectual movies" might be good themes.
Many in "exceptionally original" would be better in "mind fuck".
A few are also "literature" but would have a wider pool and appeal in "intellectual".

It might be good to encourage folks to rate the movies on TheMovieDB after viewing. I rely on IMDb (owned by Amazon owned by Bezos) for more accurate stats, generally, but if that going to change we need to support the alternatives (even if open-source is being corrupted by woken-source it's still a tool to use to fight back).

I agree that helping rate the movies after seeing them is a good service to humanity.

I missed 8 1/2? That freaking sucks, it's a great film.
