It is all on video. It was a fight over a seat, and he stabbed the guy with a knife he took out of his backpack. He needs to testify and have a fair trial. But if you ask me, he is guilty of murder.
I watched the video, it's far away and blurry. I just see him running away. So then you gotta ask witnesses, they all say karmelo stabbed the kid who just asked him to move. Karmelo won't testify and tell his side. I'm not saying I would trust him but tell us what happened, what am I missing? I support fighting back in self defense. But that doesn't seem to be the case here. If I'm on the jury I'm saying guilty.
