An excellent report. I recall that years ago there was a confirmation that the only supplements that have been proven to be very helpful are Omega 3 supplements (fish oil, cod liver oil, krill oil, &/or algal oil for vegetarians), followed by probiotics in yogurt, kefir or supplements.
