I kind of doubt mass deportations will really happen. They already said they are going to prioritize. Get the really bad ones out first. They'll find that that's already a handful before ever getting to everyone else.
They'll never even get all of those ones. Then they will have to ask themselves the question do we divert resources from the priority list to then do the low-priority ones? The government really can't do anything at scale besides get us to sign paper work because it doesn't have the efficiency to do anything at scale.
Now you might be able to get them to self deport if first you cut of any kind of aid, including WiC, public school meals, everything. And also make sure all deportations go to Haiti. Then if they prefer their home country to Haiti they might book the flight themselves.
