Definitions:
'effectors'= emergent elements (force, process, agents) of the universe
'effecting' = casting - doing what every one - individually & collectively - can
'effects' = diverse - across time & dimension - and yet, co-equal = παρα δε ισος
'effectively' =
(i) materially - has effect be it together or in contra
(ii) serviceably - of service / of use = χρηστός (chrestos/christos), fit for purpose,
(iii) reflectively - for those equipped by their nature to do so, do PDCA
