If you count that AI Data Centers use more electicity and polution than the average coal plant can produce, it was a mistake.
Was AI a mistake? No Giving access to AI to the general public? Quite possibly. Putting AI in charge of anything? Definitely.
What could go wrong?
Under these circumstances, like a 5-year-old driving a nuclear powered jumbo jet, humanity is absolutely not ready for A.I.
