I have no idea how you saw a girl with a skullcap. You must be insane. All other answers were correct. Other things you missed were Waldo, a man with Conan O'Brian's body and Jay Leno's face, a 1970s pictorial of the Harlem Globe Trotters.

I might as well give my answer. A man stands with his arms raised. Two others attack him simultaneously with a rather poor attempt at a two legged dropkick. With these attempts at a dropkick being poor the man stands firm. Technically his head is invisible but he has a very cool collar.
