I'd misinterpreted this initially. I thought he meant that someone else would take over the presidency in the few remaining months, and maybe that'd be extended without elections somehow. But picking a different candidate for the DNC without a vote... I guess that shouldn't happen either. But it's US politics. The process is rigged to begin with, it wouldn't happen in a fair way even if it abided by normal procedures. It's basically a theatre show.

It's pretty obvious. I would have made that prediction. He was never fit to run for office and was basically pushed through by Covid allowing for ludicrous and unquestionable exceptions. Like what if because of Covid we can't have an actual debate. Absolutely silly but it was the time.

And it's not like he needs competency to be president considering presidents don't really run the government. So the logic flows... to anyone who doesn't have their head in sand as a habitual practice like the left does.
