None of that's legitimate evidence that she has no legal status. Those general comments apply to many potential situations, as they're designed to do. She could appear in court with evidence of legal status. She could also be a journalist. Nothing on that document disproves the journalist claim.
She was illegally kidnapped by unidentified, masked, insufficiently trained, incredibly stupid, Jan 6 criminals who were roaming the streets looking for easy targets. It's our Second Amendment right to shoot these criminals when they threaten any of us. It's long overdue. As for illegal immigrants, there have for a long time been boarder guards - with sufficient training, no criminal record, official uniforms, badges and name tags - who have been assigned to remove them.
