Yeah, I have a bad feeling about it as well. It's really bad news they phased out the web cache. That one was much more useful for undoing instantaneous deletions. The page may be obscure and archive.org may not have it, but if it was a recent thing, jewgle would always have it.
Well I know a few of the archives are already corrupted. I suppose spoiling already spoiled milk isn't so bad if it means google offers a little more access to preserved data. There is always archive.is and archive.se. I'm never sure which one is the better one.
