What're the mortality rates for the same time periods in Estonia? I'd say this decline in births is due to Covid-19 'vaccine' sterilizations, but I've no clue how wide spread submission to 'vaccination' actually was. If Estonia's mortality rates haven't remained high since then, I'd be forced to consider that the birthrate decline is due to the populace going K and simply avoiding having kids in response to the growing threat of war in the region. Choosing to focus those resources they'd have otherwise spent on rearing children, into building their savings for later potential rebuilding, or to fund leaving the country to avoid pending conscription.
