It's crazy that they give people with almost no self control guns and ask them to go have confrontations with people. About half of all cops are literally the worst people you could possibly ask to do the job.
In all fairness though they are doing an impossible job. You can't police a mixed race society where one group has to follow all the rules and the others do not. Cops, teachers, nurses and most other normal folks that deal with the public on a daily basis are breaking down because the quality of the average citizen is declining rapidly.
That is true. The bottom 20 percentile really do shape how advanced a civilization can be. And in a lot of places we are nearing 50% not being able to form the kind of civilization we once had.

I just thought the dog was awesome, and also sad for the dog to be in that situation. That asshole cop should have gotten much worse a punishment than a 5-day suspension! Thank goodness that dude had a dashcam.
