I just think it's the classic voat meme "Fuck off we're full" from all the waves of reddit migrations we took. He's been an alright guy and I think in the long run we can all be friends. I don't want people taking his post the wrong way to get everyone off on the wrong foot with each other.
It doesn't make sense as something that could be serious because 1. We most definately were not full. And 2. He has been helpful with ideas for promoting the site in the past. So I know he's on the same page with us wanting users.
Just go to voat and search "We're full" It's a meme. Apparently people don't know it.
