I already changed all these images from the largest maxresdefault.jpg down to the older smaller hqdefault.jpg.

I've written multiple essays on it. You can read a really long and very detailed one on the about page. I can write about something once a week and you'll say I still didn't make my vision clear.
Matrix is a tech and projects forum, not a politics forum. Politics ride on the side, but shouldn't be the majority of content here, or I won't be able to attract the people I need for the tech forum.
This is why I had to rate limit so hard. I wrote an essay on that. That the most significant posters were posting exclusively politics and out pacing tech and project posters by a long shot because it takes no effort to dump 20 links, but it takes actual effort to be aware of a tech project worth posting about. So by rate limiting hard, I only lose news, which is good.
Notice the current version of the Pyramid of Content. You can't say I didn't make the vision clear when I've pasted that everywhere.

I have the About page in a to-read list, near but now at the top. I believe I missed that rate-limit essay. Some things aren't always as clear as you think, but mostly it's on me. It's hard to keep up with everything.
IMO, the real effort is in the selective curation of content, filtering, and fighting the compulsion to post every mildly neato thing. We're all guilty of it.
With the SubMatrix thing, perhaps it might be worth forking content, if I understand it. Tech, Projects, Global Politics (analysis, events), Local Politics (corruption, crime), Culture Wars (trans, woke), Media Analysis, Entertainment, etc. I'm not a fan of the everyday nonsense (trans, crime, corruption, etc.) and I try to avoid stuff I can't learn from or apply. I've got some new branding ideas I need to sketch out.
I love the Pyramid of Content. IMO, Actionable/Indie/Good News is better than Funny/Entertainment, above Corporate/Bad News.
I've had a couple weeks at home, thus been present, but ironically I'm back to work so I'll be fading back. Actually I'm running later than I intended today, trying to get these last things in.

But I have a suggestion that I think will be really productive. You still don't have the SSL running on Projex. You're also saying you want exposure to AI. AI is really great for that very problem. You just need to create space for that new experience of using AI. And once you've managed to pull it off you'd also have content that is the highest point on the pyramid. At least one post talking about your experience with AI, what went well and didn't. Obviously a link to Projex. Plus you'd have projex working.
The number of links you gave, if you looked at each of those before posting them, must have taken a lot of time. You could have a functional website in that time. But the news is sucking your life away.
If you are open to it I have a suggestion. Sometimes the pattern of making an aggreement with yourself, I won't do X until Y can be helpful. What if you made an agreement with yourself to not post any politics until you've put in at least an hour into trying to us AI to help you get the SSL in.
I'll even give you the prompt:
"Hello. I'm trying to get my site's SSL in. Right now it's giving people danger warnings because I don't have it set up. I've heard that LetsEncrypt is free. Can you help me set it up. I'm very new to server administraion."
Just plug that into Claud and you'll be running. If you don't know how to do something it is suggestion just tell it you don't know how to, and it will teach you.
