Blue and red are contradictory. I'm assuming blue is "no one dies, unless someone eats red".
You've also got to consider the sample size, the mutual trust of the participants, and whether they can discuss it beforehand.
If we're saying it applies to everyone on earth then:
Blue is the most ethical choice, but also the dumbest. Statistically out of 8 billion people, someone is going to choose red and you're going to die.
Yellow seems like an ethical choice, because it punishes red for being nihilistic. But then you can be pretty sure someone else is going to choose yellow, so you're just increasing your chance of dying for nothing.
Red you're just giving yourself a 50/50 chance of dying to kill all the blues, so if you're suicidal and cowardly (think school shooters etc) this would be the ideal choice.
Green you're punishing the yellows, but again someone is gonna choose green anyway so green is the ideal choice with the lowest chance of dying. I pick green.

If yellow is good because it punishes red, isn't yellow to red as red is to blue. So yellow seeks to punish its own foibles? Unless the nihilism of red, the original evil, sets up a situation where every other punisher is either alternatingly good or bad.
