Which is faster, forests or hills? Are there any plains?

This allows me to control the properties of the noise for generating hexes, the number of towns/dungeons placed on the starting pattern (iz broken right now), the number of hexes that spawn before increasing the structure pool count (dictates when a structure is placed), the movement cost of that hex, the sprite of that hex, the generation properties of that hex (does it ONLY generate in the center get quest, go to overworld, spawn at point x/y with dungeon hex, does it need nearby hexes to spawn in coast hex only can spawn next to a water hex, so on). I like making custom tools, is fun!
